Animals and House Selling
Half of your home viewers will not be animal lovers, and the half that are only love their own pets.
www.HouseSellingTips.co.uk has found that even many animal lovers are put off by evidence of pets during property viewings .
| Pets and House Selling |
You need to accept that your viewers do not want to see evidence of pets when they view your home.
This means no smell, no hair, no mess, no bowls, no bones.
Arrange for dogs to be at a neighbours house, or taken for a long walk before the time of viewings.
Pay attention to where your dog or cat usually eats, sleeps and litters. Remove every last trace of bowls, food, paw prints, hair, and smell from your house. Do this before every viewing.
A last minute wipe around these areas with a surface cleaning wipe such as Dettol Cleaning Wipe will make a difference.
